PINE MOUNTAIN
Pine Mountain, a prominent peak in the Taconic Mountains of western Massachusetts, rises to a height of 2,221 feet (677 m) and is located at the coordinates of 42.49416, -73.32022. While the west side of Pine Mountain is located within Hancock, Massachusetts, the east side lies within Pittsfield, Massachusetts. It shares the summit ridge with Tower Mountain to the west. Smith Mountain is located south along the ridgeline, and Berry Mountain is located to the north.
